High School Community Service Award Program
COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD OFFICIAL RULES

Any high school student in the Evergreen School District, regardless of school attended, is eligible for the program.

Awards are rewarded to seniors only.

One $1,000 award is automatically awarded to the senior with the most cumulative hours of community service from freshmen to senior year.

Three $1,000 awards are awarded via random drawing.

One entry for each hour of community service is entered in the random drawing.

Cumulative winner is not eligible for the random drawing.

Only one award per student. If a name is drawn a second time, it will be discarded.

A minimum of 10 hours of community service is required to be eligible for the random drawing.

Program runs annually from June 1 – April 30.

Awards are presented at the Senior Awards Banquet in May.
