2025 Meeting Schedule
The Board has decided to mix things up a bit in 2025. The General Chamber Membership will meet quarterly in 2025. We will host two morning meetings which will include breakfast and two evening meetings which will include dinner. We hope this allows more flexibility for increased participation in our Chamber meetings.
Subcommittee Meetings: The Board feels this change will allow the subcommittees the opportunity to meet without overwhelming our members with meetings. Please note that we still have several spots open on our subcommittees if you or a member of your staff are interested.
Board Meetings: The Board will meet on the third Wednesday of each month when the General Membership is not meeting. Although this increases the number of meetings for the Board, we feel this will enhance our ability to make decisions in a timelier manner.

Party in the Park general meetings will be held less often and will include only the Chairpersons of the subcommittees. We expect the Committee Chairpersons to “run” their committees by hosting their own meetings and working with their committee members to accomplish their goals.

2026 Meeting Schedule
Feedback at our October meeting led the Board to make some minor changes to the quarterly membership meetings. All four meetings will be in the evening with dinner served. The start time has been moved to 5:00 PM. See the dates/locations below.
Subcommittee Meetings: The subcommittees will continue to meet as needed. Please note that we still have several spots open on our subcommittees if you or a member of your staff is interested.
Board Meetings: The Board will continue to meet eight times per year in the months that the membership does not meet. Meetings have been changed to the second Monday at 5:00 at the Metamora State Bank.
